Who is Parca
Parca (pronounced Par-Sah) is an agile, collaborative, innovative, and solution-based logistics provider underpinned by great technology and dedicated business partners. We want to offer the Australian eCommerce market a premium, viable option. We believe that we can achieve this in a fair and sustainable way.
We feel strongly about creating a sustainable network where our customers gain value out of what we do, and making sure our drivers are remunerated fairly and operate in a safe working environment. With combined business and logistics experience spanning four decades – working with large corporations, medium businesses, and a dash of start-ups – we understand what you and your customers need, and we strive to deliver exactly that.

Meet Our Founders
Mark McGinley
Chief Executive Officer
Originally from Ireland, Mark has over 20 years experience in last mile and eCommerce logistics. He recently finished a six-year stint as CEO of CouriersPlease (Australia’s No. 1 parcel delivery company). Mark graduated from University of Wales with a BSc in Economics and was rated Australia’s No. 1 Franchise Executive of the Year 2021.
Hoy Yen Hooper
Chief Operating Officer
Hoy Yen graduated from Victoria University of Wellington with a BCA (Hons) and brings a wealth of experience in logistics and supply chain from NZ Post, DHL, and CouriersPlease. She also spent time consulting with start-ups in business operations, providing solutions in organisational design and structure, optimising people performance, and building capabilities to achieve growth outcomes.
